¼ oz. Liquefied honey
1/8 oz. Fresh squeezed lime juice
1/8 oz. Fresh squeezed lemon juice
1½ oz. Cognac
Top with champagne
Combine ingredients, serve in a champagne flute and top with champagne. Garnish with a lime wheel.
French Kiss
½ Part Courvoisier VSOP Cognac
French champagne
1 Sugar cube
Add Courvoisier Cognac to a champagne glass. Fill with champagne, drop in sugar cube and serve.
Lavolini

3 oz. Moët Brut Imperial
1½ oz. Passion fruit puree
½ oz. St. Germain
¼ oz. Triple Sec
Combine passion fruit puree, St. Germain and Triple Sec in a mixing glass and shake vigorously with ice. Strain into a champagne flute and top with Moët Brut Imperial.
Cranberry Mexican Pharaoh
1½ oz. Avión Reposado
¾ oz. Combier
2 Dashes orange bitters
3 Dashes angostura bitters
Top with champagne
Stir all ingredients together with ice and strain into a flute. Top with champagne and garnish with an orange twist.
