5:45am Always like to start my day with some yoga followed by my favourite smoothie—best way to start the day!
7:00am Early morning meeting with my stylist, getting my bags and shoes together for New York Fashion Week. Try to fit as much in to the day as I can!
8:15am Breakfast press meeting at the Ivy Garden Chelsea to discuss an exciting new U.S. fashion reality show I am appearing in next month.
9:30am Quick stop at Space NK on my way to the office—I always like to check in to see the team there. So excited that Rodial Makeup launches in Space NK USA next month!
2:00pm You caught me on a healthy day... lol! Sea bass and salad for lunch. I always have protein with every meal that keeps me full for longer.
5:00pm Having my makeup done with one of our fabulous Rodial makeup artists.
6:45pm Black and white everything: wearing Balmain skirt and jacket with my favourite Gianvitto Rossi sandals.
8:00pm Arriving at the Stylist Awards. I was on the judging panel—so excited to see who won!
10:30pm After a super busy day it’s time for bed! I like to keep to my nightly beauty routine…. I take Calcium tablets to sleep better, drink decaf green tea, cleanse with nip+fab kale fix wipes, snake booster all for face and chin & neck lift to keep my neck firm and plum. I use super acids sleep serum to reduce pigmentation overnight mixed with snake oil. Now that’s what I call beauty sleep!
