April 13, 9:30am Back in the U.S., I got right into the America’s Best Breakfasts groove. I had so much fun talking about my favorite meal of the day on TODAY with Willie Geist and Tamron Hall; Adeena and I took a cross-country road trip, showcasing dishes from every region of the U.S. with recipes and stories in America’s Best Breakfasts. Tamron is from Austin, so of course we talked about the migas tacos from TacoDeli, and Willie is originally from Chicago, so we also chatted about the Filipino steak with garlicky rice from Uncle Mike’s Place. I’m happy to say they both liked the PACO from the FOAR Truck from my hometown of Miami.
