Inside a Secret Supper with Roca Patrón
The tequila brand hosted a farm-to-table dinner, starting with a helicopter ride to a destination unknown

Manhattan's West 30th Street Heliport was filled with an aura of excitement as my fellow Patrón guests and I buzzed about where our Secret Supper location could be. After introducing ourselves, we boarded the helicopters emblazoned with the tequila empire's bumblebee logo. Between the posh interior and scenic Hudson River views, the ride was a special experience in itself.
What seemed like just minutes later, our helicopter landed at Rhine Valley Farm in Rhinebeck, New York. Friendly faces greeted us next to a beautiful barn with Roca Patrón libations and savory bites, while a small bonfire roared and an acoustic guitar provided our soundtrack. After cocktail hour, the barn doors slid open to reveal dangling lights, white flowers, and the dreamiest rustic tablescape. The evening's tasty feast featured sustainable dishes by Chef Naama Tamir of NYC's Lighthouse, paired with a tequila beverage by Kaytie Keck of The NoMad.
