Brunch: Senorita Spritz

Ingredients:
¼ oz. Muña syrup (see page 150)
¼ oz. Strawberry shrub (see page 150)
1 oz. Fino sherry
¾ oz. London dry gin
¾ oz. St-Germain
2 oz. Cava
Splash of sparkling water, preferably Perrier
Strawberry
Mint
Stir all of the ingredients except the Perrier in a rocks glass over ice. Top with
the Perrier. Garnish with the strawberry and mint.
