The French design team that worked on this 5,193-square-foot residence located in Monad Terrace in South Beach, Florida focused on creating a modern and chic home, with design elements inspired by high-fashion. JDS Development tapped acclaimed French-Moroccan interior designer Rita Chraibi of International Designers who featured stunning furniture pieces from Jean Paul Gaultier. “I approached the interior of Monad Terrace as a couturier approaches fashion design: with meticulous attention to detail and tailored to perfection,” Chraibi says. “I selected the furnishings of Jean Paul Gaultier’s collection for Roche Bobois because I believe it achieves what I continuously seek in my profession: a touch of madness and fantasy mixed with extreme elegance.
This residence boasts four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a custom kitchen designed by architect Jean Nouvel, a 42-foot deep terrace with reflecting pool, and more. The custom marble wine rack in the kitchen is a stand-out design element, as well as the Gaggenau appliances. The Monad Terrace amenities include in-house concierge, a sun deck with 116-foot pool, juice bar, wellness center, and much more.
