Grammy-winning artist Alicia Keys and music producer husband Swizz Beatz recently sold their vacation home in Phoenix for a cool $3.1 million but are still basking in their ultra-modern La Jolla, California home. The duo purchased the architecturally stunning Razor House in 2019 for $20.8 million. With breathtaking views of the cliffs over the Pacific Ocean, over 10,000 square feet of living space and several terraces throughout the multiple levels, this home is a design lover’s dream.
Designed by Wallace E. Cunningham in La Jolla, the striking home has been featured in Calvin Klein and Visa Black Card commercials. Design highlights include a subterranean garage with glass elevator, 5,100-square-foot infinity pool and a custom Ralph Lauren glass and stainless steel pool table.
