7:00am: Starting my day off with a hotel robe and room service breakfast at the Delamar Hotel.
9:00am: The first of what I'm sure will be many double espressos today. Not pictured: the New York Post, The Financial Times and The Wall Street Journal, my daily morning reads.
11:00am: Exploring around Greenwich and came across this beauty—a pristine 1938 Red Talbot Lago. I was expecting Bond to jump in.
2:00pm: Even on my day off I can't stay away...I just had to check in for a minute.
6:00pm: Well, who needs a day off anyway? Back in the kitchen at The National!
10:00pm: Cheers to another great night. Ending mine with our signature Greenwich Means Thyme cocktail.
