Actually this one I’m wearing. Modern Muse is my first fragrance, I love it now.

What’s the best smelling place you’ve ever been to?
The desert smells amazing after it rains. It’s incredible—a really dry desert. I was in the Sonoran Desert since I was nine and after it rains the whole thing just has an amazing smell.

One of the first fragrances that I really loved and wore a lot was Victor & Rolf’s Spice Bomb. I loved it because I think I wore really bad fragrances before that. I wasn’t really as into fragrances as I am now and I’m learning a lot more about it.

Honestly, I feel like it might have been some Britney Spears. My mother bought it—it must have been around middle school. They had pretty bottles; it’s very girly.

What’s the best smelling place you’ve ever been to?
I love the smell of this truffle restaurant in Paris. It’s my go-to place I visit with my friends. You definitely don’t want to wear it, but the smell is unbelievable.

What’s the worst smelling place you’ve ever been to?
Probably the subway on a hot day.

Oh, honey—I was an Avon lady. I was the youngest Avon lady in the state of Michigan where I grew up, and I think it was Avon First Kiss, or something like that. My mom let me wear it. It was my number one fragrance selling door-to-door. I was thirteen years-old.

What’s the best smelling place you’ve ever been to?
In bed with my man!

What was the first fragrance you ever wore?
The first fragrance I ever wore was Polo Green. They gave it to me when I was young, like nine years old, and I loved it because it had a little polo player [on the bottle]. I was playing polo as a kid, so little did I know I was going to be the face of it twenty-something years later.

What’s the best smelling place you’ve ever been to?
In a rose garden or places like that—smelling flowers, the grass, the wet earth, specifically my farm in Argentina. My wife likes flowers, so she’s very much into it.
