Iron Chef Morimoto made his Las Vegas debut with his first restaurant at MGM Grand. Upon entering guests are greeted by a three-dimensional sculpture of Morimoto made entirely of ropes by Brazilian sculptor Mozart Guerra.
VANDAL
New York, New York
After entering VANDAL through the OVANDO flower shop and botanical gallery, guests are greeted by the 11-foot tall “Icy Grape,” a lacquered bunny rabbit, custom sculpture by Rockwell Group. The sculpture’s color is a reference to the now discontinued Krylon spray paint color Icy Grape, a shade that remains coveted by the street artist community. The restaurant also boasts pieces by artists HUSH and Shepard Fairey, to name just a few.
Street Taco
New York, New York
Opening April 2017, Street Taco commissioned three different artists for various work within the restaurant: Mike Rubendall, famed tattoo artist at Kings Avenue Tattoo; Miami muralist (and Brooklyn resident) Nicole Salgar; and Irish painter/decorator Simon Robinson, who created a tongue-in-cheek homage to #BadHombre.
FIRE
Denver, Colorado
Located inside the ART Hotel in Denver, this restaurant doubles as an art gallery. Inside you can find a custom piece by Joel Otterson featuring found objects transformed into glamorous chandeliers and work by notable LA-based artist, Larry Bell, who also created custom installations for the restaurant. On the FIRE Terrace, a large-scale Allan Houser sculpture is framed by stunning views of downtown Denver and the Rocky Mountains.

Three Michelin star restaurant and part of the Relais & Chateaux family, Manresa’s Chef and Owner David Kinch has curated a beautiful collection of one-of-a-kind art displayed around his space. Including works by Japanese Artist Shinichi Maruyama from his acclaimed "Garden" series and seasonal sculptures by Santa Cruz-based Artist David Kimball Anderson.

Cindy’s
Chicago, Illinois
Upon entry guests are greeted by an original Andy Warhol silkscreen painting of Cindy Pritzker. Pritzker and her husband, the late Jay Pritzker, commissioned the portrait during a spontaneous trip to New York City in 1982. Today it hangs in the private dining room of the rooftop restaurant and bar, which sits atop the Chicago Athletic Association hotel.
Riel
Houston, Texas
Chef Ryan Lachaine's restaurant features artwork from local artist, Lee Carrier. Carrier’s piece captures the faces of Native Americans and the restaurant's namesake, Louis Riel: a rebel at his time and martyr for the preservation of native lands.
