5:25 A.M.: Time to wake up! I have my morning routine down to the second. It takes me 10 minutes to get dressed, grab my cup of coffee (I prep it the night before!) and walk to Tracy Anderson for a 6 A.M. workout.
7:05 A.M.: Home already and the kids are still asleep! I have the ultimate luxury of an at-home infrared sauna (thank you to my husband Ricardo for the best Christmas present!) so I steam for 30-40 minutes while reading the news and sending emails.
8:00 AM: Time to get ready for the office and take my kids to school. I pinch myself everyday that my office is not only three blocks away from home, but is also across the street from my son George’s school. The easy commute saves me so much time and I cherish our morning time together!
9:00 AM: The first thing I do at the office is check in with our team in Brazil. We just opened our own factory there. We touch base on designs, sample statuses, graphics, social assets...all the moving parts!
3:00 PM: Working on a startup is incredibly fast paced–there’s rarely a slow day. I have to be very efficient which means juggling resort sample collections, organizing the launch of a spring line, all while overseeing wholesalers’ fall orders. Even though it can be hectic, I wouldn’t have it any other way!
4:00 PM: I am so grateful for the collaborative nature of our showroom and love having in person meetings and sharing IRL previews with friends and colleagues. Today Lindsay of @cocoincashmere stopped by to see our latest drop! Getting to be hands on with the product is so special.
8:00 PM: Family time at home! We watch movies together, chat about our day, check emails and chat ahout all things Larroudé. My husband Ricardo and I founded Larroudé together in 2020 and are constantly talking about the present and the future of the company. The kids are big now, so they often collaborate!
