6:00am Woke up at about 4:30am this morning to get ready for our Nutritious Life Masterclass 2016 event! A lot of prep and planning went into this event, so the whole Nutritious Life team was excited to welcome our guests. The day started with a little hair and makeup while I polished off a bowl of raw oats. To ensure that I am well rested, I always make sure to sleep with my room completely dark and I drank chamomile tea as I unwound the night before with no TV, no bright clock and a little frankincense too!
