Christina Tosi—owner of cult-favorite dessert outpost Milk Bar[1] and the brains behind crack pie, cereal milk ice cream and compost cookies—has launched a second cookbook titled Milk Bar Life, and it’s chock-full of sweet and savory delights.
The book is a sequel to Tosi’s first cookbook, Momofuku Milk Bar, and includes recipes for dishes like roast chicken and Tex-Mex chili, plus delectable sweets like lemon bars, cornbread ice cream, maple pecan cookies and more. Each chapter is organized by occasion; think: cooking a big meal at home on the weekend or fulfilling a late-night snack craving.
The book, which highlights Milk Bar’s eccentric and playful philosophy, will be released on April 7 and is available for pre-order online now.
