“The day I completed shooting, I said to the director that I wasn’t really finished,” the Youth star recalls. “And I still feel that way, because this story is really a poem; it’s difficult to tell where it ends. It’s something I still reflect on, especially as we’re offering it to the audience. I feel like I want to sit and have a drink with everyone who sees the film, to talk it over together and to moan and to laugh.”
Keitel wears his own clothing.
