Hello, HANRO

Open for Business: HANRO of Switzerland[1], 806 Washington Street, New York, NY. 646-810-8687

Atmosphere: Modern and cozy. The lux innerwar lable showcases men’s and women’s underwear, sleepwear and robes in a light-filled space in the Meatpacking District[2].

We’re coveting: Perfect camisoles[3], simple and elegant lace lingerie[4], and men’s t-shirts[5]. (Ed. note: this female writer is also eyeing the men’s tees… for herself.)

Pièce de résistance: The handblown chandeliers, which were created by Lower East Side-based lighting designer Lindsey Adelman[6]. Lighting is never more important than when trying on lingerie – and these fixtures succeed when it comes to both form… and flatter.

Take a look at the DuJour gallery to see inside HANRO’s new boutique.
