Make your way over to the East 37th Street restaurant Fine & Rare[1] in Manhattan to celebrate Negroni Week the right way. Between June 4 and 10, the Midtown outpost will be serving up a $1,250 cocktail for charity. The high-end drink will be crafted with NOLET’S Reserve Gin[2], Campari, Champagne and of course, topped with a gold-flaked ice cube.
Negroni Week encourages bars across the globe to create and serve Negroni[3]-based drinks whose proceeds will benefit charity.
This year, $1,000 of every sale of Fine & Rare’s drink, called the Luxury Negroni Sbagliato, will be donated to CORE[4]. CORE aims to protect and support children of restaurant employees who might be struggling to navigate hard times. In moments of extreme stress and hardship, CORE grants support to families in the service industry.
The $1,250 Luxury Negroni Sbagliato will be served this week to help a good cause, but it is also delicious. With a zesty flavor and smooth finish, it is luxe and elegant while supporting an important foundation that is changing lives.
