Maserati’s Welcome Winter drive experience has set up shop in Aspen from February 11-20, offering an opportunity to test drive[1] the Q4 “on-demand” all-wheel drive system on a custom-built snow track. The program—in partnership with luxury properties The Sky Hotel and Westin Snowmass Resort—gives prospective (and current) Maserati owners[2] a perfect complement to their day on the slopes.
I gave the program a spin and can report that both the flagship Quattroporte and Ghibli sedans handle the extreme conditions with ease, the only risk being that their seductive styling may melt the track. The vehicles’ cold weather capabilities also tease Maserati’s upcoming SUV, the Levante, set to premiere in Geneva next month.
Additionally, Maserati will host après-ski events on February 11, 13 and 18 at the Sky Lodge in the heart of Aspen. For more information and to register visit rsvpmaserati.com[3].
