Ambience: A colorful, airy space showcasing all of Aerin Lauder’s must-have products: cosmetic bags, tableware, home accessories and textiles—all under one roof

We’re coveting: Jo de Mer bathing suits in a signature Aerin ikat print, gold nesting bowls (fyi: they make the perfect hostess present) and a well-curated selection of vintage jewelry.

Pièce de résistance: Designed with designer Jacques Grange (who’s also Lauder’s longtime friend), the concept shop has incredible rotating floral arrangements created in partnership with The Bridgehampton Florist.

Ambience: A sleek, 2,000-square-foot juice-filled pop-up in the heart of Southampton

We’re coveting: Chia seed pudding, the Love at First Sight greens juice, and a Volcano shot (for those under-the-weather days).

Pièce de résistance: Since the entire line of 32 cold-press organic juices, superfood smoothies and grab-and-go raw foods are available here, leaving NYC doesn’t mean you need to forgo your favorite cleanses and blends.

Ambience: This cozy seafood boîte from restauranteur Michael Gluckman (Bamboo, The Beach House) and chef Eric Miller (Food & Co., The Miller’s BBQ) is housed in a c. 1830 building (formerly the New Paradise Café).

We’re coveting: Lobster sliders, seared sea scallops with white beans, corn and summer vegetable succotash, hyper-fresh sashimi and an extensive raw bar selection.The watermelon martini is delicious.

Pièce de résistance: A cool, underlit copper bar that seats 16 is a fun spot to dine when you can’t get a reservation.

Ambience: A bohemian-chic, gypset vibe permeates this beachy jewel box of a store that stocks the brand’s clothing and accessories, Assouline coffee-table books, Fresco towels and throw pillows

We’re coveting: Former Tory Burch and Ralph Lauren designer Stephanie von Watzdorf’s one-of-a-kind army jackets, vacation-ready beach cover-ups, Moroccan leather slip-ons, and embellished tanks.

Pièce de résistance: The oversized Moroccan lanterns hanging from the ceiling

Open for Business: Poe Yoga, 3 Railroad Avenue, East Hampton, NY 11937, 908-672-1015, poeyoga.com[5]

Ambience: A luxe and tranquil branch of the New Jersey-based yoga studio

We’re coveting: One-hour-and-15-minute Hot Poe Flow classes with Lauren, Lisa and Aubrey to kick off your morning. The studio’s Radiant Heat System warms up muscles and promotes blood flow. This, combined with the cardio workout of yoga, can reduce inflammation and decrease pain.

Pièce de résistance: Fresh coconut water and smoothies from Mary’s Marvelous. The studio also offers a house brand of skincare products and grapefruit lavender spray for yoga mat

Ambience: The pop-ups will have the same no-frills setting as its NYC outposts

Pièce de résistance: If you already belong to one of CrossFit’s NYC locations, classes out east are included in your membership.
