Whether you are toasting to mom over a Zoom chat or serving up a homemade breakfast in bed, you and mom should look and feel superb. We’ve snagged a few tips and tricks from Steve Kassajikian, Urban Decay’s Global Makeup Artist, to help you and mom execute an impressive Mother’s Day beauty look using Urban Decay cosmetics. See below for the step-by-step beauty breakdowns.
Urban Decay Beauty Look #1:
1. Buff in Urban Decay All Nighter Face Primer to ensure makeup doesn’t budge. Then buff Urban Decay Stay Naked Foundation for an even skin tone.
2. To add a flush to the cheeks, I used Urban Decay Stay Naked Threesome in Rise. It gives a hue of color and adds bright some natural vibrancy to the face.
3. Spray All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray all over to ensure the look lasts.
4. Next, use the Urban Decay Brow Blade with the pencil side first, softly shade in the desired brow shape. Flip to the micro blade side to add in individual hairs at the front and end of the brow.
5. To get the eyes started and to ensure they last, start with Eyeshadow Primer Potion Anti-Aging all over from lid to brow.
6. Next, I used the NAKED3 palette and with the shade “Nooner” I blended it into the crease to create more depth to the eye, then placed “Darkhouse” on the outer corner and blended, next I placed “Liar” on the center of the eyelid, and lastly brushed “Strange” lightly underneath the brow bone.
7. I further defined her eyes with 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero.
8. Finish the eyes and take your lashes to new lengths using the Perversion Mascara.
9. To complete the look, I gave my mom a neutral lip using 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Rush to line the lips and applied Vice Lipstick in Naked over top.
Urban Decay Beauty Look #2:
1. Buff Urban Decay Stay Naked Conealer for an even skin tone.
2. Brush Urban Decay Stay Naked The Fix Powder Foundation all over the face to set the concealer and create a medium coverage base.
3. To add a flush to the cheeks, I used Urban Decay Stay Naked Threesome. It gives a hue of color and adds bright some natural vibrancy to the face.
4. Spray Urban Decay All Nighter Makeup Setting Spray all over to ensure the look lasts.
5. Brush and set brows with the Urban Decay Brow Finish in Ozone.
6. To get the eyes started and to ensure they last, start with Eyeshadow Primer Potion all over from lid to brow.
7. Next, I used the NAKED3 palette and with the shade “Limit” I blended it into the crease to create more depth to the eye, then placed “Nooner” on the outer corner and blended, next I placed “Buzz” on the center of the eyelid, and lastly placed “Dust” on the inner corner to brighten to eye.
8. Finish the eyes and take your lashes to new lengths using the Perversion Mascara.
9. To complete the look, I created a neutral lip using 24/7 Glide-On Pencil in Liar to line the lips and applied Vice Lipstick in Fuel over top.
