Each week for The DuJour 5×5, we ask five editors five questions on a different topic. This week’s installment focuses on fitness: Here’s what classes our staffers swear by, what song gets them moving and which celebrity they’re turning to for a little fitspo.

1. The hardest workout/class I’ve ever experienced in my life: 8 x 300 meters (50 seconds or less) with a 100 meter walk in between. I remember that day vividly.
2. One song that never fails to get me motivated: “Run This Town” by Jay Z
3. The pair of sneakers I’m currently lusting after: Not so much lust as a commitment to the New Balance classics
4. In another life, I’d come back as Karlie Kloss because she has the most amazing sleek form.
5. The type of exercise that best represents my personality is power yoga because it’s all about a strong mind and body.

1. The hardest workout/class I’ve ever experienced in my life: Probably our DuJour field trip to CrossFit New York. My legs were so wobbly afterward that I couldn’t make it down the stairs home.
2. One song that never fails to get me motivated: I leave music selection up to the trainers at my local gym, Iron & Silk. They have great taste.
3. The pair of sneakers I’m currently lusting after: Nike Free Bionic. Super curious to try this close-to-barefoot shoe for circuit and weight training.
4. In another life, I’d come back as Cindy Crawford because she has the most amazing legs… everything…
5. The type of exercise that best represents my personality is running because slow and steady wins the race.

1. The hardest workout/class I’ve ever experienced in my life: I used to train with the most incredible ex-marine when I rode for the SCAD Equestrian team, Coach Carter. Among other anecdotes, he use to say that a team was only as strong as their weakest link. We didn’t stop doing anything until the weakest person had completed the full circuit—to his satisfaction. Needless to say, abs day was brutal.
2. One song that never fails to get me motivated: “Rack City”…that beat just gets me goin’.
3. The pair of sneakers I’m currently lusting after: Those Valentino Camouflage rock stud sneakers we shot Robert DeNiro in! Maybe not for working out, but I just can’t get them out of mind.
4. In another life, I’d come back as Garrett Neff because he has the most amazing everything, I mean, have you seen him?
5. The type of exercise that best represents my personality is Zumba because well, I’ve never actually done it, but it just seems like me.

1. The hardest workout/class I’ve ever experienced in my life: S.L.T Megaformer with Liz Barnet
2. One song that never fails to get me motivated: “Ambition” by Wale ft. Meek Mill and Rick Ross
3. The pair of sneakers I’m currently lusting after: Nike Air Max 2014 in black
4. In another life, I’d come back as Gisele because she has the most amazing legs.
5. The type of exercise that best represents my personality is singles tennis because I’m a ball hog, and I live for a flared miniskirt.

1. The hardest work out/class I’ve ever experienced in my life: AKT in Motion‘s one-and-a-half hour dance cardio class. Killer. One hour classes are my max.
2. One song that never fails to get me motivated: Currently it’s Ke$ha’s “Thinking of You.”
3. The pair of sneakers I’m currently lusting after: Nike Dunk Sky Hi Sneakerboot with the rubber toe. Not for working out in, but for trudging in the snow to SoulCycle.
4. In another life, I’d come back as Sandra Bullock because she has the most amazing butt (see Gravity!).
5. The type of exercise that best represents my personality is spinning because it’s intense but soulful, and also I am inherently lazy so I can stay seated and sweat.
