La Mer has partnered with whimsical accessories designer Anya Hindmarch on a limited-edition leather vanity case to house the brand’s best-selling product, The Concentrate. Each Anya Hindmarch Limited Edition Crème de la Mer Ultimate Box takes three months to make, using the most skilled craftsmen and finest materials in the world. It’s handmade in Spain using London Grain, a leather made by one of France’s leading tanneries, and only 39 have been fabricated so far (each box features an engraved limited edition number to identify it).
“Anya Hindmarch is the epitome of handcrafted, bespoke items and we are thrilled to partner with Anya to create a unique case that our devotees are sure to fall in love with,” says Sandra Main, La Mer Global Brand President. “Anya’s commitment to creating skillfully handmade pieces using the finest materials embodies La Mer’s craftsmanship.”
Now onto what’s inside. Formulated with a mega-dose of Miracle Broth, the “source of La Mer’s legendary healing energies, The Concentrate complements skin[1]’s natural healing process using the restorative process of the sea,” says the brand. The product soothes irritated skin and reduces redness commonly associated with pre- and post-cosmetic procedures.
Hindmarch, whose boutiques house bespoke ateliers, explains that this item is “an heirloom piece that celebrates the ritual of La Mer. It is beautifully crafted and made to pass down through generations.”
