Celine Loosens Up

If there is one show during Paris Fashion Week that is always highlighted by game-changing accessories, it’s Phoebe Philo’s much-anticipated collection for Celine. Between the trapeze bag and the luggage tote, the house has created some of the most buzzed-about “It” bags on the market, and now they’re going for something sans handle. For fall 2013, Philo ditched her penchant for structured carryalls and showcased folded leather clutch, after folded leather clutch. Though mostly shown in neutral tones, we’re particularly coveting one red checked number (pictured), especially when pared with an equally eye-catching, coordinated coat. Slouch is in style, according to Ms. Philo, with a bag made for grabbing and going – and looking oh-so-chic when doing so.
