Prime Hospitality is the group behind fine Kosher restaurants in NYC including The Prime Grill and Prime West, but when Passover rolls around, the group leaves the Big Apple for someplace a little sunnier. The Prime Experience has hosted all-inclusive Passover getaways in California since 2014. This time around, guests will travel to the Fairmont Miramar Hotel and Bungalows in Santa Monica for a celebration including French-inspired Kosher dishes from Chef Edward Boarland, inspirational speakers and visits from NFL star Plaxico Burress and horse racing jockey Victor Espinoza. The family-friendly vacation takes place from Friday April 22 through May 1.
