Rising above the Miami skyline at 70 stories high, Brickell’s Four Seasons Hotel & Residences Tower is the tallest building south of Atlanta. The 221-room property—which is considered a pioneer in the now up-and-coming downtown area—is a tropical oasis, boasting a pool terrace that spans nearly two acres. Located on the serene 7th floor, the terrace has three pools (with one strictly for the residences), private cabanas and a poolside bar and restaurant, Bahia—all set againstpanoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the city skyline.
In addition to its standard rooms, the hotel also offers studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom residential-style suites, which are perfect for extended stays and large families. All feature a kitchenette or a full kitchen and have been recently renovated to mirror the hotel’s Art Deco aesthetic. The slate and blue-hued rooms are outfitted with custom-designed carpets, sleek headboards and mother-of-pearl textured lacquer accents throughout.
Guests have complimentary access to the on-site Equinox fitness club and spa—a vast state-of-the-art gym that offers 100 fitness classes each week, with dedicated yoga and Pilates studios.
Chef Aaron Brooks is at the helm of the hotel’s AvroKO-designed steakhouse restaurant, EDGE Steak & Bar restaurant, which draws hotel guests and locals alike.

What makes it so special:
There are only three of these suites, each slightly different in decor, giving them each their own personality. Located on the 26th to 28th floors, these corner view suites have wraparound windows that offer pristine views of Key Biscayne and Biscayne Bay. You’ll definitely want to wake up to catch the sunrise over the bay.

My personal favorites are the One-Bedroom Bay View Suites located on floors 20-29, with 2910 offering the best views because it’s on the highest floor of the hotel.
Because…
The One-Bedroom Bay View Suites feature a sitting area, private bedroom with a full marble bath, and a separate powder room. They are more intimate than our larger accommodations, making it feel more like a bayfront residence than a hotel suite. When you walk in, it’s easy to imagine yourself living there full time. With corner views and windows for walls, you’ll never want to leave.
Celebrity guests:
Every guest is treated like a celebrity, but we have had some who are more musically talented, successfully athletic and a little more royal than others.
Fun fact:
We have a multi-million-dollar art collection showcasing Latin American artists, including three oversized statues from Colombian-born Fernando Botero. During the opening, when we were installing the Seated Woman sculpture in the 7th floor lobby, workers had to use a crane to raise her up onto the adjacent pool terrace and then rolled her into the building on a large dolly.
