Drink DuJour: Brasilia Blueberry Mojito

An antioxidant-infused blend to add to your summer cocktail repertoire

To celebrate the short weeks in which blueberries are in season, Bai5 has introduced the Brasilia Blueberry Mojito to take advantage of the berries’ rich flavors and healthy nutrients.

“This cooling mint and lime cocktail combines sweet seasonal blueberries with a refreshing classic—the mojito,” says Georgie Morley, Bai’s seasonal mixologist. “It pairs perfectly with fish tacos and spicy pico de gallo.”

Here’s how to make it.

BRASILIA BLUEBERRY MOJITO

1 Bottle Bai5 Brasilia Blueberry
12 Sprigs fresh mint leaves
2 Limes
White rum

Squeeze both limes over the mint sprigs and muddle in a cocktail shaker. Add the ice, rum and Brasilia Blueberry. Stir and pour into cold highball glasses. Garnish with a sprig of mint and slice of lime.
