Crushin’ on Coco Chanel

To celebrate its newest fine jewelry collection, Chanel has created a limited-edition boutique on the seventh floor at Bergdorf Goodman in New York City. The Jewel Box, as the ephemeral boutique has been named, will resemble an 18th century Parisian apartment outfitted with intimate décor elements which are meant to entice shoppers to rearrange and style the collections in their own unique way. The Coco Crush collection itself is entirely dedicated to the iconic Chanel matelassé pattern and will be the star of the pop-up shop. Boasting finely engraved gold and silver, some with diamond embellishments, the collection brings a contemporary spirit to the legendary quilted pattern.

To mark the opening of the shop and the release of the new collection, Bergdorf Goodman commissioned Charlotte Wales to create the following short video starring five recognizable faces: Ellie Bamber, Kilo Kish, Courtney Lavine, Leandra Medine and Taylor Patterson. Take a look as these millennial personalities share their Coco Crush inspirations.

The Jewel Box will be open Wednesday, September 7th through Sunday, September 11th in Bergdorf Goodman at 754 Fifth Avenue.
