Even after a recent $24 million price reduction, this apartment remains the most expensive on the market in NYC at $96 million. The building, located at 834 5th Avenue and overlooking Central Park, is known for its influential residents including a Broadway producer, a part owner of the New York Giants, an oligarch and many Wall Street executives.
