David Burke and Josh Capon: David Burke trained in France where he was awarded the Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Diplôme d'Honneur at just 26. His cuisine has earned him the Culinary Institute of America’s Auguste Escoffier Award. A six-time Burger Bash winner, Josh Capon has made his name for himself at Lure Fish Bar, El Toro Blanco and Bowery Meat Company, which was recently awarded a two-star review from The New York Times.
